TECH 071 I Project Management Essentials (October 7 - 28, 2024)

The course leverages critical concepts and processes as defined in the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Body of Knowledge Guide, which is an ANSI standard. Practical “best practices” and guides are also incorporated. At the end of the class, participants will have the skills to initiate, plan, execute, and monitor a project. Participants will learn how to work more effectively with their teams and engage their stakeholders.

TECH 073 I Advanced Project Management Essentials (December 2 - 16, 2024)

This class builds on the foundational knowledge from the Project Management Essentials course. In Essentials, students learn how to plan and execute a project. In this course, they discover how to structure and organize the project for success. Best practices for managing programs and portfolios and advanced Agile are also part of the curriculum.

Upon successful completion of both workshops and the end of series assessment you will earn the Project Management: Health Sciences Badge
